How To Prepare Your Photos

Every project is different so we will want to discuss your video either in person (make an appointment) or by phone 843-821-4294 to be sure your expectations are met. Below are some tips on how to get started.

1. Collect photographs and put them in the order you want them displayed. Number your photos on the back or use post-it notes. If you are using captions for your photographs print the caption on a post-it and attach it to the photo. Also, put the number of the photo on the post-it to cross reference it.

2. Digital photos should be saved to a CD and a note should identify the names of the saved photos and in which order they should appear. The larger your photos the better.

3. Mark which photos need special touch-up or color correction. We can make your old and worn photos look like new. We can remove red-eye.

4. Select songs that emphasize the occasion and represents your photos. Collect your songs on a CD. Or, send us the title and artist of the song and we will purchase it for you. Having trouble finding the right song? Visit our song suggestions page.

5. Place photos in an envelope and label the envelope as to which song title should accompany the photos. 15 - 20 photos run approximately 1 minute. Three songs is usually enough for 100 photos.

6. Write out your opening and closing title pages on our form. Be sure to keep it to short and sweet.
